Mentor Tech is currently seeking a recruiter for our office in Markham, ON. The individual will be responsible for the recruiting and onboarding for our largest rapidly growing global clients.

This position will be responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, and admin duties. This will include documentation receipt & delivering employee assessment. The position requires a high volume of sourcing and scheduling interviews. The Recruiter must be organized, technically savvy to manage multiple databases, have experience with diverse sourcing techniques, a high attention to detail and have the ability to identify quality of candidates.

The Recruiter will support the overall recruitment and staffing effort by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the full recruiting cycle. Coordination with recruiting and administration communication regarding on-boarding progress and recommendations for improvement.

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 3-5 years full cycle recruiting experience

  • High attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment with a sense of urgency

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.

  • French is a strong asset.
